Founded by Louise Allard and Sabrina Bailey, Allard Bailey Family Law has a refreshingly modern approach to legal service.
As a boutique law firm, we specialise in all areas of family law. In your personal capacity, or acting as an Executor or Trustee, we can support you at every decision-making stage of your life.
Our solicitors are experienced, realistic and focused on achieving the best results for you. They utilise technology and modern working practices to deliver a truly flexible service, whilst keeping your costs down.
As life can be hectic and many of our clients have conflicting commitments, we offer virtual consultations out of the usual working hours, as well as meetings at our offices in London and Hertfordshire. We give you the flexibility to choose the level of service that you need, from a one-off consultation to full representation in complicated matters.

Family Law
We help families rebuild themselves during challenging times with pragmatic advice on divorce and finances including international divorce, private children matters, domestic abuse, dissolution of civil partnerships, trust of land matters, separation agreements and the enforcement of orders.
At the other end of the family spectrum we advise on prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements, as well as assisting with UK and international surrogacy and adoption matters.

Appointments
To give you the opportunity to confirm that our resolution-focussed approach is right for you, we offer an introductory telephone conversation free of charge.
If you decide to move forward with us, we will schedule a fixed-fee consultation to advise on the specific steps you could take and will provide an estimate of the costs involved. This consultation can take place in person at our London or Hertfordshire office, or via video call if you prefer.
You can also start your Family Law or Estate Planning matter online and receive a free, confidential, no-obligation report outlining your position and next steps.
Approach to Fees
We are committed to providing high quality legal advice at competitive rates and have a transparent approach to fees.
Following an initial fixed-fee consultation, most matters will be undertaken on an hourly rate basis and you will be kept fully informed of the likely costs at each stage.
A payment on account is usually required before we can begin legal work. Clients are then invoiced on a monthly basis and provided with a full breakdown of the work carried out.
Our flexible working practice and technology means we are able to provide competitive rates despite our central London location.
Alternative Funding
In many cases, our clients have significant matrimonial assets but as they are in dispute they do not have access to the money to cover legal fees.
We have close links with a family law finance service that can often help people in this situation, offering a competitive rate to cover fees and disbursements.
If you do not have the money for legal fees but your partner does, we may be able to make an application to the court for maintenance pending suit and include your legal fees. However, all alternative options for legal funding must have been exhausted.
